The casting was originally intended to be retired in 2005 as part of the Final Run Series it was replaced by Treadator in the lineup. The retool for the casting was overseen by Ryu Asada. The casting was retooled again in 2019, this time with the casting gaining a plastic body with a metal base the basic tool design remains unchanged. The tooling for the Good Humor Truck was modified in 2017 it lost a good 1/3 metal, replaced by a 1-piece interior/lower body insert, the horn and vents on top became part of the window piece, in addition to two slanted roof slats being added. The name "Quick Bite" is currently used by the casting for all releases since 2017. It has also been released as a food truck ("gut truck"), a Mexican food truck, Jamaican food, and Japanese food truck. The casting has gone by many names, including Grillionaire, Sweet Streets, Tropicool, Quick Bite or simply Ice Cream Truck. The truck does resemble some of the trucks that Good Humor used for delivering ice cream to kids. The Good Humor Truck is pretty much what it sounds like an ice cream truck selling Good Humor ice cream.
